Our 7 day adventurous Ladies Power Fitness Retreat will leave you energised and motivated.

We will be doing challenging and fun workouts from gym and boxing workouts to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and beach workouts. You will train with Fai, a professional world champion boxer who will take you to the next fitness level.

Our morning yoga flows will balance the intense workouts, calming your mind and allowing your body to rest and rejuvenate. 

Enjoy your time at the luxurious Oasis by swimming in the pool, taking sauna sessions and going into the ice bath to unwind from your workouts. Let go of the stress and treat yourself to a Balinese Massage.

 

We explore Bali's beautiful nature by trekking through waterfalls and if you fancy an adrenaline kick, sliding down a natural water slide and jumping off cliffs.

Take a speed boat and snorkel with colourful fish and majestic manta rays in the famous Nusa Penida.

There will be delicious, healthy, plant-based meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, cooked by Oasis and our private chef and, on one evening, by a local Balinese women's cooking group. Coffee, freshly squeezed juices and smoothie bowls are available daily at the Oasis Cafe. Learn more about how to thrive on a plant-based diet and achieve your fitness goals.
