The Finca Room
A twin room with two single beds on the ground floor of the main house. The bathroom is not en suite - featuring a bathtub and is shared with one neighbouring twin room, a maximum of four guests. A self-contained apartment in a separate building beside the main house, with a double bed, private en suite bathroom, open-plan living space with a small kitchen and a private terrace. Complete privacy, entirely your own space. You are booking the entire Loft - stay on your own or bring a friend, it accommodates a maximum of two people.

About the event
Set in the quiet Mallorcan countryside, this women-only retreat is where high-energy training meets intentional recovery, and where community forms naturally, through shared movement, shared meals, and the kind of conversations that stay with you long after you go home.
Mornings ease in with breathwork, mobility, journalling, and mat Pilates, then afternoons build into strength training, functional partner circuits, and HIIT. With sauna sessions, a beach workout, and a countryside hike with picnic woven in, you feel the island in your body, and leave inspired, stronger, and completely recharged.
Evenings bring campfires, fun and cosy nights in, and plant-based meals made to nourish and recover, plus a plant-based nutrition for fitness and longevity workshop.
You don't need to arrive in peak shape, just open to showing up! We promise you'll come out feeling inspired and fulfilled.
