About the event
Set in the serene Mallorcan countryside, this retreat is where high-energy training meets intentional recovery, and where community is built naturally, through shared movement, shared meals, and the kind of conversations that stay with you long after you fly home.
Across the week, you can expect a rhythm that feels both energising and grounding. We will move with purpose through strength training, functional partner circuits, and HIIT sessions, balanced with softer practices that support your nervous system and your recovery, like stretching and mobility, breathwork, and journalling. Depending on the day, we will also bring in mat Pilates and beach workouts, so you feel the island in your body (and not just in your camera roll).
Food is part of the experience; you’ll be nourished with plant-based meals that support energy, strength, and sustainable wellbeing, plus relaxed, memorable moments like cooking class sessions that make it all feel easy to bring home with…

The Terrace Room
This ticket admits entry and participation for one person staying in The Terrace Room: a twin room with two single beds, a private en suite bathroom, and direct access to a terrace overlooking the finca garden. If booking with a deposit, the €300 launch discount will be applied to your remaining balance, due no later than eight weeks before the start of the retreat. We will send you an invoice with a payment link prior to the deadline.

The Garden Room
This ticket admits entry and participation for one person staying in The Garden Room: a twin room with two single beds, a private en suite bathroom, located in a small annex directly beside the main house and opening onto the finca garden. If booking with a deposit, the €300 launch discount will be applied to your remaining balance, due no later than eight weeks before the start of the retreat. The Finca Room
This ticket admits entry and participation for one person staying in The Finca Room: A twin room with two single beds on the ground floor of the main house. The bathroom (not en-suite) features a bathtub and is shared with one neighbouring twin room. The Loft
A self-contained apartment in a separate building beside the main house, with a double bed, private en suite bathroom, open-plan living space with a small kitchen, and a private terrace.
