Women-Only RetreatEleva Fit is designed exclusively for women. Our retreats provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where women can train, rest, and connect together. By booking a place, you confirm that you are a woman and that you are booking for yourself.Eleva Fit reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation on these grounds, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.2. Health Declaration and Medical FitnessBy agreeing to this document, you confirm that:You are in good physical health and have no medical condition, injury, or physical limitation that would prevent you from safely participating in physical activity, including but not limited to cardiovascular exercise, strength training, hiking, and open-water swimmingYou have consulted a medical professional if you have any doubt about your fitness to participateYou will inform Eleva Fit in writing prior to the retreat of any relevant health conditions, recent injuries, surgeries, or medications that may affect your participationYou understand that it is your responsibility to participate within your own limits and to inform the retreat team immediately if you feel unwell or are in pain at any point during the programme3. Pre-Existing Injuries and Activity ModificationsParticipants with pre-existing injuries, physical limitations, or health conditions are encouraged to inform the retreat team prior to and during the programme. Our coaches will offer exercise modifications where possible and appropriate. Participants remain responsible for exercising within their own limits at all times.4. Infectious IllnessParticipants who are unwell or showing symptoms of an infectious illness on or before the retreat start date are asked not to attend. Please contact us immediately at info@elevafitretreat.com if this applies to you. We will do our best to transfer your booking to a future retreat date at our discretion.5. Emergency Medical TreatmentIn the event of a medical emergency during the retreat, you consent to receive emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary by qualified medical professionals. You understand and accept that any costs associated with emergency medical treatment, ambulance services, or hospitalisation are your own responsibility and are not covered by Eleva Fit.6. Assumption of RiskYou acknowledge that participation in physical fitness activities, hiking, and open-water swimming involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Eleva Fit, its staff, contractors, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation in retreat activities, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of Eleva Fit.7. InsuranceEleva Fit holds public liability insurance (Betriebshaftpflicht) covering claims arising from its business operations, as well as insolvency protection insurance in accordance with German package travel law, which protects your payments in the event of the organiser's insolvency.Neither of these covers personal accident, medical expenses, loss of personal belongings, or travel disruption for participants. You are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive personal travel insurance prior to the retreat, including coverage for physical activity, adventure sports, cancellation, and medical expenses.8. Dietary Requirements and AllergiesAll meals provided during the retreat are fully plant-based. No alcohol is served during the retreat. In the spirit of the programme and out of respect for fellow participants, we kindly ask all guests to refrain from consuming alcohol throughout the retreat week.If you have specific food allergies or dietary requirements beyond a plant-based diet, you must notify us in writing prior to the retreat. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment and accept no liability for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed allergies.9. Alcohol and SubstancesEleva Fit does not serve or permit alcohol during the retreat programme. You agree not to consume alcohol or recreational substances during the retreat week and not to attend any sessions or activities under their influence. Eleva Fit reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme without refund if this condition is not met.10. Behaviour and Community StandardsYou agree to treat fellow participants, staff, and the venue with respect at all times. Eleva Fit reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to the wellbeing of the group, without refund.11. ConfidentialityYou agree to keep personal information and experiences shared by other guests during the retreat strictly confidential. This includes information shared during group sessions, journalling activities, sharing circles, or informal conversations. What is shared within the retreat community stays within the retreat community.12. Personal BelongingsEleva Fit accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the retreat. Participants are advised to keep valuables secure and to ensure their travel insurance covers personal belongings.13. Outdoor Activities and WeatherCertain activities take place outdoors and are subject to weather and safety conditions. Eleva Fit reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel outdoor activities in the interest of participant safety. Sun protection, appropriate footwear, and suitable clothing for outdoor activities are the responsibility of each participant.14. Room SharingParticipants booked into shared twin rooms acknowledge that they may be sharing with another retreat guest they have not previously met. Eleva Fit will use reasonable care when pairing guests but accepts no responsibility for interpersonal compatibility. If you wish to share with a specific person, please notify us at the time of booking.15. Photography, Video, and Media ConsentDuring the retreat, photographs and video content — including participant testimonials — may be captured by Eleva Fit or its designated photographer and videographer for use in marketing, social media, promotional materials, and platforms including Instagram and the Eleva Fit website. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed for these purposes, please notify a member of the Eleva Fit team on arrival. Where Eleva Fit wishes to use a written, video, or audio testimonial featuring you by name, we will request your explicit consent before publishing.16. Travel Documents and Visa RequirementsYou are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport and any required travel documents to enter Spain. Spain is part of the Schengen Area. Citizens of non-EU and non-Schengen countries — including but not limited to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia — are responsible for checking and obtaining any Schengen visa or travel authorisation required before travel. Eleva Fit accepts no responsibility for costs or losses arising from a participant's failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.17. Programme ModificationsEleva Fit reserves the right to modify the retreat programme, activities, timetable, or schedule at any time due to weather conditions, safety concerns, instructor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for programme modifications. We will always endeavour to provide an equivalent alternative activity where possible.18. Governing LawThis Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hessen, Germany.19.
