1. Reservation & Payment
To secure your place in the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of €600 is required at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the retreat start date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be retained.
2. Cancellation by Participant
All cancellations must be made in writing.
• More than 8 weeks before the retreat start date:
A full refund will be issued for any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Less than 8 weeks before the retreat start date:
Payments are fully non-refundable.
3. Transfer of Booking
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant at no additional cost, provided we are informed in advance.
Alternatively, at our discretion, you may transfer your payment to a future retreat (subject to availability).
4. Cancellation by Organizer
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if a minimum number of 6 participants is not reached or due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer:
• All payments made, including the deposit, will be fully refunded
• Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your payment to a future retreat
We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, including but not limited to flights or other travel-related costs.
5. Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
6. General
Due to the limited number of spots and the level of preparation involved, all payments are subject to the terms outlined above. By completing your booking, you agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
