Last updated: August 20261. Reservation & PaymentTo secure your place at the retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.The Finca Room, Garden Room, and Terrace Room: €500 non-refundable depositThe Loft: €1,000 non-refundable depositThe remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the retreat start date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be retained.You may choose to pay the full retreat fee at the time of booking.2. Cancellation by ParticipantAll cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@elevafitretreat.com.More than 8 weeks before the retreat start date: A refund will be issued for any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Where the full retreat fee has been paid, a refund will be issued for the full amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit.Less than 8 weeks before the retreat start date: All payments are non-refundable.Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request using the original payment method. Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a cancellation, including but not limited to flights, travel, or accommodation arrangements.3. Transfer of BookingIf you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible via email to info@elevafitretreat.com so we can update the booking details accordingly.Alternatively, at our discretion, your payment may be transferred to a future retreat, subject to availability. Requests for transfer to a future retreat must be submitted in writing to info@elevafitretreat.com no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date.4. Cancellation by OrganiserWe reserve the right to cancel the retreat in the following circumstances:Insufficient participants: If a minimum of 8 confirmed participants is not reached, we will notify all participants no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date, giving you sufficient time to make alternative arrangements.Unforeseen circumstances: In the event of circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to venue unavailability, fire, flood, natural disaster, or safety concerns — we reserve the right to cancel the retreat at any time, with as much notice as reasonably possible.In the event of cancellation by the organiser for any of the above reasons:All payments made, including the deposit, will be fully refunded within 14 daysAlternatively, you may choose to transfer your payment to a future retreat dateWe are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to flights, travel, or accommodation arrangements.5. Force MajeureIn the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government travel restrictions, or venue unavailability — we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the retreat. In such cases, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future retreat date. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred as a result.6. Travel & InsuranceParticipants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Mallorca. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance prior to booking, including coverage for cancellation, medical expenses, and travel disruption.7. GeneralDue to the limited number of spots and the level of preparation involved, all payments are subject to the terms outlined above.
